The Appointment Scheduler is responsible for scheduling service appointments, making follow up reminder calls, and communicating with customers regarding service appointment issues.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

  • Treat all customers with respect and dignity.
  • Complete 3, 6, and 9 month follow calls and set appointments.
  • Utilize HAG scripts for all calls. 
  • Answer busy phones, schedule appointments for incoming calls.
  • Check with service advisors and shop leaders on work availability.
  • Partner with Service Manager regarding any escalated issues.
  • Document and schedule for We Owes.
  • Contact and schedule appointments for special order parts cards.
  • File repair orders.
  • Respond to voicemail calls and set appointments.
  • Go above and beyond to meet each customer needs.  This is a job based mainly on a daily routine.  Organization is a major part of being successful.
  • Maintain a professional appearance.
  • Other administrative duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • At least 1 year office or customer service  experience in a high call volume setting.  Experience with cold call contact preferred.
